Three layers. One platform. Every athlete in your programme
Athlemind serves three distinct users from a single system. Athletes get a private, daily mental performance tool on their phone. Coaches get anonymised wellbeing insights and safeguarding alerts on a dashboard. Sport directors get validated outcome reporting that satisfies governance and proves impact. All connected. All real-time.

What you can expect:
For Athletes — Daily Check-In & AI Journal: A 30-second emotion check-in contextualised to sport, whether it is pre-match, post-training, recovery, rest day. An AI reflection companion that helps athletes process how they're feeling, identify patterns, and access mental skills exercises matched to their current state. Not a chatbot. Not a therapist. A sports-literate tool for building self-awareness.
For Athletes — Psychometric Profiling & Mental Skills Training. A structured intake builds a psychological profile across confidence, focus, motivation, pressure response, and emotional regulation. The platform adapts mental skills content to each athlete's profile and updates it based on ongoing check-in data. Evidence-based techniques from ACT, CBT, and mindfulness — delivered in 2–5 minute sessions.
For Coaches — Anonymised Wellbeing Dashboard See team-level wellbeing patterns without accessing individual athlete data. Red-flag safeguarding alerts notify welfare officers when concerning patterns emerge. Consent-gated individual profiles available only when athletes choose to share. Assign mental skills exercises to individuals or squads.
For Sport Directors — AthleMind gives you a clearer view of athlete wellbeing across the season, backed by structured reporting you can take to senior leadership. Track wellbeing trends, engagement, and safeguarding activity through auto-generated quarterly reports designed to help you evidence impact, meet duty-of-care responsibilities, and make the case for continued investment.
Micro FAQ
Q: Who is Athlemind for?
University sport departments, professional academies, and performance programmes. Athletes access the app through their institution — the institution holds the licence.
Q: Does it replace sport psychologists?
No. Athlemind extends their reach. Your practitioner works with athletes 1:1 for an hour a week. Athlemind supports every athlete in your programme, every day, between sessions.
Q: How much time does it take athletes?
The daily check-in takes 30 seconds. Mental skills sessions are 2–5 minutes. Athletes can journal for as long as they want. Nothing is mandatory — engagement is voluntary and trust-based.
Q: Is the data validated?
Yes. Athlemind generates SWEMWBS-aligned wellbeing scores using the same validated 7-item scale used by BUCS Active and Sport England programmes. We are currently validating our proxy measurement method through a pilot study with a university partner.
